Online payment - NETOPIA Payments
You can pay online with your personal or company card in complete security, because your card data will not be stored by the processor, they are secure and encrypted.
To make the payment, you will enter your card number, expiry date and CVV2/CVC2 code (the last three digits written on the back of the card).
The currency in which the payment will be made is RON; for other accepted currencies please contact us.
Online payment - Stripe
The system allows transactions in 135 different currencies and provides fraud protection.
Users can enter their financial information directly on the checkout page to complete purchases quickly and without redirects.
Online payment - Paypal
Online payments via PayPal are completely secure. You can pay through your PayPal account or pay directly by credit card, even if you don't have a PayPal account.
In the PayPal system, you enter your card details only once, which are recorded and perfectly secured on the PayPal server.
Bank transfer (payment order)
After sending the order, you will receive all the necessary information to be entered on the payment order. The delivery of the order is made only after the payment confirmation.

Refund system
Refund payment is made in full upon delivery of the order. In the case of delivery by courier, payment will be made to the commission agent who makes the delivery.

Pre-orders and Product Availability

- Limited Stock Management: If the allocated stock is insufficient to fulfill all pre-orders, we may need to adjust quantities or, in rare cases, cancel certain pre-orders. In such a situation, we will proceed with a full refund of the amounts paid for products that cannot be delivered.
- Transparent Communication: We are committed to keeping you informed and will contact you individually as soon as possible if your pre-order is affected. Our priority is to manage these situations with transparency and minimize any inconvenience.
